Refund Policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026
This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which WOWMAX PRIME issues refunds for subscription payments and rentals made on our platform. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.
1. Overview
WOWMAX PRIME subscriptions grant immediate access to our full content library. Because digital streaming access is delivered instantly upon successful payment, refunds are limited to the specific situations described below.
2. Non-Refundable Subscriptions
Subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a plan is activated, we do not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, change of mind, or failure to use the Service during an active billing cycle.
3. Eligible Refund Cases
A refund will only be considered in the following cases:
- A duplicate payment was charged for the same subscription or order.
- A technical billing error resulted in an incorrect or failed charge that was not reflected correctly in your account.
Refund requests outside these two scenarios will not be approved.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile → Subscription page. Cancellation stops future renewals only — it does not refund the current billing period. Your existing subscription will remain fully active and accessible until its scheduled expiry date, after which it will not renew.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and typically take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing timelines.
6. How to Request a Refund
To report a duplicate payment or billing error, please contact our support team with your registered email address, order/payment ID, and a brief description of the issue. Our billing team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
