These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WOWMAX PRIME's website, mobile application and streaming services (the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Subscription Terms
WOWMAX PRIME offers multiple subscription plans, each with its own pricing, streaming quality and device allowance. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are subject to change with prior notice, and applicable taxes (including GST) will be added at checkout.
2. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to create an account and purchase a subscription.
3. Device Limits
Each subscription plan permits streaming on a limited number of registered devices simultaneously (for example, Basic, Premium and Family tiers each carry their own device cap). Exceeding your plan's device limit may result in automatic logout of older sessions or restricted playback until a device is removed.
4. Login Sharing Restrictions
Account credentials are intended for use by the account holder and members of their immediate household only, within the limits of the subscribed plan. Sharing login credentials outside your household, reselling access, or using the Service for any commercial public display is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of the account.
5. Content Ownership
All movies, series, trailers, artwork, thumbnails and related materials made available on WOWMAX PRIME are owned by, or licensed to, WOWMAX PRIME and its content partners. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to stream content for personal, non-commercial use only.
6. Copyright Protection
Content on WOWMAX PRIME is protected under applicable copyright laws and international treaties. You may not record, copy, download (except where an official download feature is provided), reproduce, distribute, publicly display or circumvent any digital rights management (DRM) or content-protection technology used by the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
The WOWMAX PRIME name, logo, app, website design, source code and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of WOWMAX PRIME. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in our intellectual property except the limited streaming license described above.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account; reverse-engineer, decompile or scrape the platform; upload viruses or malicious code; or interfere with the normal operation of the Service in any way.
9. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the Service. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid subscription fees except as described in our Refund Policy.
10. Service Availability
While we strive to provide uninterrupted access, WOWMAX PRIME does not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted. Content availability may vary based on licensing agreements, region and time, and titles may be added or removed from the catalog without prior notice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WOWMAX PRIME and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including but not limited to service interruptions, content unavailability or data loss.
12. Governing Law (India)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
